ahah, long time no see/cg.

I decided to try out painter cause I was super bored and didn't want to continue gaming so I finished a picture.

Man, Painter is so confusing, so many options to tweek the brushes, it took me a whole day just to figure out what brush to use, I finally gave up trying to make my own and just used the default settings for oil pastels lol.

Had to go back to photoshop to tweek some things like contrast and colours at the end.

Lets see, the kid in the picture is some sort of modern day mage/apprentice and is doing a type of low level magic where 2 spirits will come fight for you. One spirit protects you from attacks(the blue one) and the other one attacks for you(red). Random simple idea, but I think its pretty cool.

At first glance I thought it was Sora, from KH - just something about the outfit, I guess. Regardless, it's a pretty nifty concept and came out rather well for a first go at the program, though I must say that the blue-haired spirit looks like she's wanting to do a little more than protection. ;)
