fanart I've been painting on and off before bed these days.
[NARUTO FILLERS ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!omfgbbq!] Anyways, I havn't submitted any art in a while now So I decided to go ahead and 'finish' painting this one. I've been sooo busy at school (So much to learn!) that theres been next to no time to do hobby-ish stuff. But that doesnt mean I stopped cging altogether. Probably every day be4 bed I try to do a speed paint of some character or something (mostly sakura >  ) but I never finish any of them, so most of them are bare boned and very messy. Good enough for practice. This picture was the same, started out and a speedpaint of sakura, then I put naruto on the side, and before you knew it I put sasuke in (ewww). And it just grew from there. I've been trying to get away from lineart, cause it doesnt help you understand the volume and shape of an object, its only an outline after all. I find that doing lineart in cg restricts alot of freedom, hard to describe, but I dunno. Especially when you are concentrating on the 'feel' and mood of the picture too. photoshop cs ~ |
