Didn't turn out the way I wanted, tried to go for a more painterly style.
At first I wanted to try to go for the Odin Sphere art style, and looked at the art book for the game. But after a while the style differences grew too big. I was also watching Gunbuster and Diebuster while painting so theres some influences there.
Theres still a lot of things I want to add but it'll never be finished if I do that so I decided to leave it, I've spent close to 2 weeks on this one piece =_= (yea slowpoke.jpg). The main reason it was slower than expected was because I didn't do any major sketching underneath and didn't do a line art layer. So a lot of the ideas came during the painting process >.>
